Cody Sheffar serves as the Outreach Officer at the Douglas Coldwell Layton Foundation, where he leads strategic engagement efforts to strengthen the Foundation’s releationships with donors, stakeholders, and community collaborators. A communicator by trade and a community-builder by nature, Cody is incredibly passionate about working towards a Canada where every Canadian has the opportunity to live a life of dignity, no matter their starting circumstances. Benefiting from the Layton era housing initiatives, Social Democracy and equity have been paramount in Cody’s life. Cody’s career is marked by a reputation for dependability and consistent relationship building. Before his tenure at the Foundation, he worked with businesses, families, and individuals on creating and executing plans for their financial security and continued financial stability.
