I believe strongly that laws of this kind should not be passed quietly or without scrutiny. Canadians deserve the clarity of knowing how their rights will be impacted, and they must have opportunities to weigh in.

I urge you to:

1. Demand extended clause-by-clause review and open public consultation on Bill C-12.
2. Push for clear limits, independent oversight, and mandatory notification when private info is disclosed.
3. Ensure that any immigration / enforcement enhancements respect Charter protections, proportionality, and accountability.
